Association membership, registration for a trip and direct requests made to a member of the committee are the only activities for which personal data is collected by the association. The entity processing the data is the ‘Société d’Histoire et d’Archéologie d’Aime’. The people concerned by this disposition are any natural persons, whether or not they are members of the association, who engage in at least one of the activities mentioned above.

These activities are optional and voluntary on the part of the individual. They imply the individual’s implicit consent to the processing and storage of the following personal data: surname, first name, postal address, email address and telephone number.

This information is accessible to members of the association’s Executive Committee. It is never disclosed to third parties.

The information collected is stored in the association’s computer files, by Yapla for those who choose to pay online, and by Google for sending emails to a group of people.
